Job Description
The Clinical Informatics Coordinator works with physicians, physician offices and hospital staff on issues related to Meditech Advanced Clinical System. Acts as the point person for all system updates and training of staff based on Corporate timelines. Responsible for creating and maintaining all training material to the specifications of the Corporate IT&S directives. Assists in other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in clinical care setting.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Minimum Work Experience
Four (4) years clinical and/or patient care experience preferred. Hospital or medical information systems experience preferred.
