Position Summary:

The Department Director has 24/7 responsibility for management of a specific assigned department(s) in the nursing service department. This is accomplished through planning, provision, coordination, and evaluation of department activities in support of medical care as directed by the medical staff prusuant to the objectives, policies, mission, vision and core values of the organization.
