Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions.

Must have BSN

Must have recent 1-2 years ICU (Critical Care) experience

Cardiovascular/Surgical ICU (CV/SICU)
The CV/SICU at Memorial City is a mixed population, high acuity environment that cares for post-surgical patients. A two-time Gold Beacon Of Excellence award recipient from the AACN; this team excels at providing compassionate, collaborative, and efficient healthcare to patients immediately after procedures such as:
Valve repairs/replacements
Vascular recovery
Thoracic procedures
This team also manages many post-operative complications which may include the need for advanced cardiovascular device management. (CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella, VAD). Previous experience with these devices is preferred, with opportunity to hone your skills in placements.
Day (7am - 7pm) and Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling
18 Bed Unit
1-2:1 Nurse to Patient Ratio

Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K
$10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.
$15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).
Distributed in 3 payments:
1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck
2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role.
3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role.

There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.
