Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K

$10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.

$15K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).

Distributed in 3 payments:

1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck

2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role.

3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role.

PAY

Our RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.

There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.

These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.

We'd be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and TMC geographic differential.

Each year, Memorial Hermann assesses the healthcare market and adjusts salaries in specific job categories to meet the market’s demands. This year, it is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic has put certain clinical workers in high demand. Effective Sept. 12, 2021 Memorial Hermann will adjust salaries of full-time, part-time and PRN inpatient RNs (including non-bedside inpatient nurses). The increases will be calculated based on current salary (for internal employees) and years of experience. So, that means better rates!

Unit Description

Located in TMC Hub; patient focus on brain injury, stroke and other neurobehavioral diagnoses.

Unit: TIRR PCU 6 Pediatric Rehab/ Adult Brain Injury/Stroke Unit

Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3-6

Unit Description

Patient focus on brain injury, stroke and pediatric rehabilitation (infants to adolescents). We have 15 adult beds and 8 pedi beds.

Unit Stats/Work Culture:

• Ideal candidate to have at least 1-2 years of acute/rehab experience or med surg/pedi experience
• Located in the TMC Hub

Unit: TIRR PCU 5-Spinal Cord Injury Unit

Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available

Med-Surg unit designated to spinal cord injuries with bowel and bladder management, vented patients, amputees, cancer patients, specialty rehab-ALS, Guillain-Barre and other types of diagnosis & disorders.

Med-Surg unit with patient focus on variety of neurological and neuromuscular disorders.

THIS UNIT CATERS TO INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS, PROUD TO SERVE COUNTIRES FROM AROUND THE WORLD!

• Ideal candidate to have at least >1 yr Med/Surg experience; ICU, IMU or Neuro experience is a strong plus.
• Located in the TMC Hub
