Extremely competitive salary range!
$10K - $15K Sign-On Bonus, Relocation up to $5K
Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions.
Must have BSN or also will accept ADN if: *Minimum 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and *Can complete BSN within 3 years of employment
Must have at least 1.5 - 2 years recent acute care ICU experience
Must have proven track record of consistent work history.
Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K
$10K for RN II: 1-3 years RN experience.
$12K for 3+ years (RN III: 3-10 years RN experience and RN IV: 10+ years RN experience).
Distributed in 3 payments:
1st payment - 20% of amount approved for specific job; first paycheck
2nd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s one-year anniversary in the role.
3rd payment - 40% of amount approved for specific job; First pay period of the month following employee’s two-year anniversary in the role.
There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.

Unit: Burn ICU
Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2-4 (mixed acuity unit)
1.5 - 2 years of ICU experience is strongly preferred for this area.
Our Burn ICU in the John S. Dunn Burn Center is the only Comprehensive Burn Center in Houston and is verified by the American Burn Association. The affiliated board-certified physicians at the Burn Center, care for all types of burn injuries, inhalation injuries and various skin disorders including Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis. This unit is a mixed acuity unit with the unique ability to care for floor, IMU and ICU patient populations being able to provide the entire continuum of care and see the progression of your patients.
