Each year, Memorial Hermann assesses the healthcare market and adjusts salaries in specific job categories to meet the market’s demands. This year, it is clear that the COVID-19 pandemic has put certain clinical workers in high demand. Effective Sept. 12, 2021 Memorial Hermann will adjust salaries of full-time, part-time and PRN inpatient RNs (including non-bedside inpatient nurses). The increases will be calculated based on current salary (for internal employees) and years of experience.
