Wellness In Real Life Mission:

The Mission of Wellness In Real Life is to revolutionize the wellness tech industry by helping connect mental health and healthcare professionals with like-minded people both online through the Wellness In Real Life community and offline through wellness events. Whether you’re a physician, physician’s assistant, dentist, nurse, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, mental health counselor, therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or pharmacist, Wellness In Real Life is for you.

Wellness In Real Life Vision:

Stats reveal that healthcare industry workers and professionals experience burnout more often than most other industries. We want to help eliminate that.

The Vision of Wellness In Real Life is to help every healthcare professional, provider, and worker improve their lifestyle and live happier and healthier lives by gaining access to the best deals in health, beauty, wellness, and fitness, as well as attending or hosting wellness events.

The Wellness In Real Life platform came about as Dr. Holland—Kornegay was having what she thought was one of her simple pleasures: coffee. Coffee always allowed her to have a pause moment; an alone moment; or a moment of reflection. But then, she noticed her relationship with coffee had changed. No longer was this once magic elixir allowing her to have a “pause moment” and was no longer that simple pleasure. She relied on coffee to get through the day, and used it to get her through the beginning or what she thought was the beginning of what was actually “burnout”.

The first of its kind, Wellness In Real Life is designed to help healthcare professionals improve their mindset, enhance their mental health, optimize their fitness health, and network with like-minded people by hosting or attending various health, wellness, and lifestyle events.
